


The biggest challenge in our Leave and attendance policy was it is very complicated and being a construction company a lot of rules, sub-rules are there and we wanted to accomodate everything in the software. We had many meetings with them and explain them our existing complicated manual process which was followed for quite some years. I got a very positive response from them. To explore more software companies I was browsing net and suddenly came across about Cynosure Technologies, and I gave them a ring to understand more about the software. Each software company has some way or other limitations in their software.

But we didn’t find a company who are flexible enough to accommodate our process in the software. When we were searching for a good HR software to implement in SMCC to make the leave and attendance process automated, we met a lot of software company in that process.
